New Mexico’s Doña Ana County Sheriff’s Department recently released a dashcam video showing a rather poorly thought out escape attempt.
On February 20, authorities pulled over a 1999 Cadillac.
The driver, Roberto Garcia, who had an outstanding warrant in another county, was asked to get out of the vehicle.
Not only did Garcia refuse, he attempted to flee by driving away.
At the time, one of the deputies was in the Cadillac with him, as he had been attempting to physically remove Garcia from the vehicle.
