Holly Holm is under all kinds of pressure to defeat Miesha Tate at UFC 196

Holly Holm knows that there’s plenty at stake Saturday, when she defends her UFC bantamweight crown against Miesha Tate.
Not only does she want to not be viewed as a “one-hit wonder,” following her stunning upset of Ronda Rousey in November, but a loss would derail a lucrative rematch against the MMA superstar later this year.
As such, Holm is under immense pressure to deliver a victory at UFC 196.
After all, no less an interested party than UFC president Dana White said recently that Holm-Rousey II would be “the biggest fight ever in UFC history.”
However, White also described the upcoming matchup with Tate as “a very, very tough fight” for the 10-0 Holm.
Indeed, the 34-year-old former boxer is taking a major risk by fighting the experienced Tate (17-5-0), rather than waiting for Rousey, who is currently focusing on her movie career to become available.
