Remember Episode 9 Of Dragon Ball Super? You do? Good. Well, In that episode Videl Partook in the Super Saiyan God Ritual that was done so Goku could become a Super Saiyan God. During the ritual though, Videls hair was noticeably Blonde like the other super saiyans in the circle. No, I Do not believe she was super saiyan, she could not be.. Shes human. If anything, Pan (Fetus at this point) was responding to the aura in the circle, and her aura was emanating through Videl. But STILL It was a great experience and I figured that it would be awesome to create the character and share it with you guys!\r

Videl didnt go Super Saiyan. In order to become a Super Saiyan, you kind of need to be part of the Saiyan race.\r

In the movie Battle of the Gods, Videl joined the circle to pass energy to Goku to turn him into a Super Saiyan God since 5 Saiyans needed to pass their energy to a single Saiyan recipient. Videl joined because Pan is in her womb, and the latter is quarter-Saiyan.\r

Most likely Videls hair is just showing off residual energy from Pan. Does this mean Pan will become a Super Saiyan this time? We dont know.\r

Though, largely, the reason Im saying Videl didnt transform into a Super Saiyan is because she isnt a member of the Saiyan race, so even if she can, Use Pans power as a Super Saiyan to fight at some point later in DBSuper (which, talk about dangerous things for mothers to do while pregnant lol), Videl still wont be a Super Saiyan. Videl is at Bulmas birthday party with her family and friends. When a drunken Gohan asks Mai to shoot him, one of the bullets hits Videls leg. Dende heals her and he notices that Videl is pregnant. Videl has been hiding the fact to surprise Gohan later, and Dende does not reveal it to the others yet. Videl is also seen while the Z Fighters face the God of Destruction Beerus. When everyone understands that they need one more pure-hearted Saiyan to reach the Super Saiyan God form, Videl and Dende reveal her pregnancy to the others. Even though this was to be a surprise for Gohan, he is still excited about the news as is everyone else. When everyone performs the ritual a second time, this time with Videl (and Pan who is inside Videls womb at the moment), Goku successfully ascends to the Super Saiyan God form and battles Beerus, but soon he reverts to his regular Super Saiyan form due the forms time limit. However, he learns the forms godlike feeling, which allows him to use Super Saiyan Gods power against Beerus.\r
