Extreme measures: Wheelchair users suspended from bridge, called for subsidies in Bolivia

A group of Bolivians in wheelchairs suspended themselves from a bridge in Cochabamba in an effort to call for an increase in subsidies for the disabled. According to local news reports, the protesters are asking for 500 Bolivian Boliviano, roughly 72 US dollars in monthly subsidies.
