The Sandiganbayan deferred the arraignment of Dr. Elenita Binay, the wife of Vice President Jejomar Binay, over her graft and malversation charges for the allegedly anomalous purchase of over P45-million worth of medical supplies and equipment when she was still the mayor of Makati City.
