Vice President Jejomar Binay on Tuesday said he would set up a Malacañang in Mindanao to help Muslims feel decentralization in government.

During a campaign rally at a public school in Pantao Ragat, Lanao Del Norte, Binay said he would build a Malacañang in Mindanao as well as in Cebu.
