Ingredients:

- 250gms of Paneer
- Coriander & Mint Chutney
- Oil
- Corn flour
- Salt
- Water

- Kashmiri Chillies
- Cashew nuts
- Roasted Cumin seeds
- Chopped onions
- Chopped tomatoes
- fresh curd

- Ghee
- Kasoori methi
- Coriander leaves
- 3tbsp of Fresh Cream

Method:

- Cut paneer into equal sizes and make a paneer sandwich by stuffing it with mint & coriander chutney.

- In a bowl add corn flour, salt and water and make a paste. Dip the paneer sandwiches in it & fry them in a pan with oil until turned golden brown.

- In a grinder add Kashmiri chillies ( de seed the chillies) with cumin seeds and grind it till it forms the powdered form, then add cashew nuts and once all dry ingredients are done

- Start adding onions, tomatoes and mix it well in the end add fresh curd to it.

- Cook the gravy in a pan with ghee and let the gravy paste cook for 12-15mins.

- Add salt, kasoori meethi, coriander leaves and fresh cream.

- Later add the fried paneer sandwiches and cook it for more 2 minutes
