It looks like Caitlyn Jenner has managed to avoid jail time. The former Olympian will not be charged after being involved in a fatal car crash this past February.\r

Caitlin Jenner is officially off the hook. The reality star wont be charged with vehicular manslaughter following her involvement in a fatal car accident this past February. According to TMZ, the LA County DA has rejected the case because Jenner was not speeding at the time and there is no proof of negligence. The former Olympian, who came out as transgender amid the investigation, told Matt Lauer in an interview that she was worried about jail time. It is an enormous problem that they would put trans women in a mens county jail. That is the worst-case scenario, she explained.
