A 4-7 start this season led to Kevin McHale being fired as head coach of the Houston Rockets , and things haven't been dramatically better under interim coach J.B. Bickerstaff .
On the heels of last week’s report that Dwight Howard and James Harden once tried to get each other traded, we now have news that Harden pushed for McHale to be fired.

Financial concerns were an oncoming factor, but Harden’s place among two other stars with the Oklahoma City Thunder a few years ago was cloudy.
