Police Save Dying Drug Addict After Heroin Overdose on Public Bus

Footage released by the Upper Darby Township Police Department shows the dramatic moment a bus passenger's life was saved by an officer, in Philadelphia Wednesday. The passenger is shown injecting himself with heroin, before collapsing onto the bus' floor until a police officer can revive him by administering Narcan to his system. The police shared the video to show how desperate people can become when they are addicted to heroin, according to Upper Darby Police Superintendent Michael Chitwood.
