CAMDEN, SOUTH CAROLINA — A former police officer in Camden, South Carolina admitted to masturbating to porn on his phone while he was on duty on Dec. 13.

A witness saw Marshall Lee Hardin, 41, sitting in his police vehicle at Woodward Park watching naughty videos and touching himself through his uniform pants.

Then, according to the sworn written confession, Hardin exited his vehicle, exposed himself and gave his penis two strokes, before putting his junk back in his pants.

After holstering his weapon, the written confession says he "went into the restroom in the public park to finish ejaculating."

Hardin's currently free on bond, but he's been charged with misconduct in office, malfeasance, misfeasance, or nonfeasance, which carries a sentence of up to 10 years behind bars.
