The Star Tribune reports that zooming in to Lake Harriet on Google Earth reveals the faint image of what appears to be a plane sitting at the bottom.

People have come across many unusual sightings on Google’s mapping services, but one view appears downright ghostly. 

The Star Tribune reports that zooming in to Minneapolis' Lake Harriet on Google Earth reveals the faint image of what appears to be a plane sitting at the bottom. 

The person believed to have found it has since written that the outline is “unmistakably a large, twin-engine aircraft.”
