Sandy Hook killer filmed dancing 'DDR' just six-months before 2012 massacre

NEWTOWN, CONNECTICUT — Newly emerged video shows the Sandy Hook Elementary School killer dancing on an arcade game just six months before his horrific slaughter of 20 school kids, his mother and six school teachers and staff.
In early June 2012, Facebooker Jimmy Oates filmed a young person playing the Dance Dance Revolution game. Oates titled his video 'This kid is sick' — referring to the player's apparent DDR skills. Oates, of course, had no way of knowing who the kid was ... and how truly sick he was.
Officials this week confirmed the DDR dancer was none other than mass murderer Adam Lanza, the Sandy Hook shooter.
Lanza drove a black sedan to the school on the morning of December 14, 2012, and using an assault rifle, among other weapons, murdered 20 six- and seven-year-old children.
Aside from the killings at Virginia Tech, the Sandy Hook massacre was the worst school mass murder event in U.S. history.
The killer's mother, who reportedly approved of her son's fascination with guns, was his first victim. Lanza himself was his last; shooting himself as police closed in.
The killer's Connecticut home has since been demolished and will remain an empty space. Residents voted to demolish the school and its replacement will hopefully open later this year. The only original item from Sandy Hook Elementary set to remain is the school's flagpole.
Watching this soon-to-be mass killer joyfully dancing reminds us of the famous line on the "banality of 'evil'." The killer reportedly had mental health issues or other conditions, but regardless of any mitigating circumstances, it's hard not agree with the young man's father, Peter, who in 2014 told the media he wished his son had never been born.
