Hero for a Day 2013: Creating New Public Fishing Access on the Upper Delaware River

More than 60 volunteers led by the Friends of the Upper Delaware River spent a Saturday readying a new public handicap-friendly access point along 350 feet of riverfront near Deposit, N.Y.
