Plank Jacks Exercise Video

Plank Jacks are a great way for you to get your heart rate up and strengthen your core, do as many plank jacks as you can in 60 seconds X 7 days. What you do everyday matters more than what you do every now and then. Oh man I actually had to pause the video the first time I tried this move... Now it's a matter of holding my tongue in the right position so I can concentrate on what is suppose to move when as well as focusing on the muscles that are being worked and using the proper form. Nothing like working every part of my body in one move... The rest of the workout is a bonus!!
