Kesha's rape allegations are 'outright lies'
Dr. Luke has once again denied accusations that he sexually assaulted Kesha Sebert , accusing the "Tik Tok" singer and her supporters Monday of conducting "a vicious smear campaign to ruin his reputation for financial gain while failing to support their claims."
The statement from Lukasz Gottwald's attorney, Christine Lepera, suggests that Kesha's accusations are motivated by money and that she fabricated reports of abuse in order to leverage a lucrative recording contract with Sony.
Kesha, meanwhile, has endured financial losses due to attorney fees and a dramatically diminished income that came as a result of her music career being put on hold since 2012's Warrior was released.
Tellingly, Kesha never reported any purported abuse or rape to any law enforcement authority, or even to Sony Music, and further swore under oath in another matter, while accompanied by her team of lawyers, that it never occurred.
