Awards season has started and our stars are busy in attending the red carpets, award functions and some are way more busy as they are picking up their trophies. Salman Khan and Deepika Padukone have taken the glittering trophies home for Best actor and Best actress at the Zee cine Awards.

Salman Khan and Deepika Padukone took trophies in the Viewers Choice Awards category.

Salman Khan received the best actor for Bajrangi Bhaijaan. He touched hearts with his sweet and naive portrayal of Bajrangi as well as a Rambo when situation required. Likewise Deepika picked up best actress for Bajirao Mastani. Her fierce role as Mastani deserved getting best actress.

Zee Cine Awards this year has been hosted by Shahid Kapoor and Karan JOhar will be telecasted in March 5.
