SOCO: A Naked Woman and A Dead Man

Last January 25, 2015, the residents of Brgy. Botbotones Sta. Ignacia, Tarlac were surprised to see a naked woman running in the fields. The woman looked scared and confused. Just a few meters away, a dead man was found.
