South African outdoor cook and hunter, Dewald Visser, travels the globe in search of "wild meat". This series with an outdoor cooking/BBQ element to it will show viewers various dishes cooked on open fires in the bush, as well as in his BBQ studio. The series will start with hunting for Gems buck, Springbuck, Black Wildebeest and Mountain Zebra in Namibia, and will then continue in beautiful South Africa for a variety of special African game.
