Some people dont double peel them and if theyre small, you probably dont, but if they come from a store its a good idea to make the effort to double peel them.
Remove the beans from the shell. Place the beans in salted boiling water for 10min. Cut the top sprout and presse gently on the bean to remove it from the skin.
