New ISIS Video Shows Beheading & Urges Attacks in Egypt

In a new video purportedly released by the Islamic State, ISIS militants urge Egyptian Islamists to join the Islamic State and to attack the Sisi government. The video was released on January 6, 2016 from “Wilayat Tarabulus,” Libya and is titled “Whose Peaceful Religion?”
