At least ten civilians were killed Monday in air strikes on Aleppo's rebel-held neighbourhood of Salhin according to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, with about 350,000 civilians now stuck in the opposition-held eastern parts of the city, bombarded daily by government forces.
