Taiwan continues search for earthquake survivors, plans probe into building contractor

Taipei, Feb 8 (EFE/EPA), (Camera: Ritchie Tongo).- Three days after a magnitude-6.4 earthquake rocked Taiwan's southern city of Tainan, rescue efforts were still underway Monday for more than 100 people believed to be trapped in fallen buildings, while prosecutors prepared to launch an investigation into the company responsible for building the apartment complex worst-hit by the disaster.
