Ecuador's foreign minister Ricardo Patino says Friday that the arbitrary lack of freedom violates "the most important instruments of human rights in the world", after a UN panel found that WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange, who took refuge in Ecuador's London embassy almost four years ago, was "arbitrarily detained."
