Spiderman (Carnage) is a fictional comic book supervillain appearing in books published by Marvel Comics, usually as an enemy of Spider-Man

Venom, or the Venom Symbiote, is a fictional character appearing in books published by Marvel Comics, usually those featuring Spider-Man.

He is granted with all the powers of its first known host, Spider-Man. Venom is able to greatly enhance physical attributes of its current host with Superhuman strength, ability to change form.

Venom is sometimes known as Black Spiderman.
