The battle between Hulk and Hulkbuster (Iron Man) takes place in Grand Theft Auto 4

The Mark XLIV Armor (also known as Hulkbuster) is a heavy-duty exoskeleton add-on to the Mark XLIII, designed for confrontations with Bruce Banner's alter ego, the Hulk. Banner himself helped Tony Stark with the armor, which was planned as a "last resort" to control the Hulk.

The Hulkbuster armor, a fictional suit of armor worn by the Marvel Comics superhero Iron Man to counter the Hulk.

Doctor Robert Bruce Banner is a renowned scientist in the fields of Biochemistry, Nuclear Physics, and Gamma Radiation. However, after a Gamma Radiation experiment went awry, the mild-mannered scientist found himself plagued with a peculiar condition. When angered or provoked, he would transform into the rage-fueled and nearly mindless, green-skinned monster known as the Hulk.
