One shot, one arrested and one on the loose after Seattle bus shooting

SEATTLE — One man is wounded, one arrested and one on the loose following a bus shooting in Seattle.
Police believe a 22-year-old man, who was shot the morning of Wednesday, Feb. 3 on a King County Metro Bus, may have been targeted.
The Seattle Police Department responded to a report of a shooting on a bus at 4th Avenue S. and S. Holgate at around 10 a.m. Witnesses reported two men had fled the bus following the incident.
Seattle police spokesman Sgt. Sean Whitcomb said it is believed the victim had been targeted, but no other details were given.
Eye witness David Taylor told King 5 News that two men wearing bandanas over their faces got on the bus and appeared to be "looking for someone." Other witnesses have told stories of the same details.
Deputies were able to locate and arrest one of the gunman. Police and King County sheriff's deputies are still searching for the second.
Jeff Switzer, spokesman for Metro spokesman, told "The Seattle Times" that the shooting occurred on the Route 132 bus during a fight between two passengers.
The victim was taken to Harborview Medical Center in serious condition.
According to police, there were 20 passengers onboard and no cameras on the bus. No one else was hurt.
Traffic has resumed to normal as police continue their investigation.
