Zuma to foot part of Nkandla bill

South Africa’s President Jacob Zuma has agreed to pay back some of the cash he spent from state coffers to upgrade his private home in Nkandla. Also, locals have begun restoring Nigeria’s Sukur Cultural Landscape, a UNESCO World Heritage site, after Boko Haram insurgents ravaged it. Finally, the children of slain Angolan rebel chief Jonas Savimbi have urged a French court to punish the makers of popular video game "Call of Duty", saying their father is portrayed as a "barbarian".
