Its maker, Ascending Technologies, fitted the Firefly not just with six rotors but also with ultra-lightweight RealSense cameras by Intel to give it 360°, 3D vision. The drone can manage its own trajectories, enabling it explore out of reach places for military, commercial or medical uses.
