They first turn them into loveless, revengeful, crude, wild, impolite, bloodshedding, racist, vulgar people who sow the seeds of hate. Then it becomes very easy to annihilate those people and that society. This is the primary stage, because the society has become mature in that sense. They become ready for all sorts of obnoxious acts, fights and vileness. For instance, that is what they did in Egypt; .. they pursued an incredible policy of revenge. They instilled hatred into the society; they hate the USA,  they hate Russia,then they massacre one another. They have an incredible hatred in them. Then the army intervened. The army shed blood. Only then they calmed down. Right now another terrific soul of hatred developed in them. There is a mutual agonising hatred in Egyptian society right now.
