Disabled woman passenger alleges ‘misbehaviour’ by Air India

New Delhi, Jan 31 (ANI): Air India passenger Anita Ghai shared her tryst with the Air India staff on Sunday. She alleged that the Air India staff kept her waiting for a wheel chair and at last she had to crawl out of the plane. She even said that the Air India officials denied her request of using her own wheelchair for security reasons. She added that it was a complete “negligence” on part of the staff. Ghai further said that she had complained because she didn't want any other person with disabilities to suffer as she did.
