An adorable video has emerged of a tiny kitten attacking the tail of an older cat for the first time in its life, only to find out that size really does matter.

The cute footage, filmed in Ukraine this week, shows the wide-eyed kitten getting thrown off the bed when she attacks the larger feline.

When she recovers her composure the way she looks up at the older cat in shock can only be described as adorable.

Towards the end of the video the little kitten tries to jump back onto the bed but it's too high for her, so the older cat helps her up and even begins licking her head to make sure she's not injured.

Not one to give up though, the kitten does not like being patronised by the larger cat, and ends up going for it again.
