Craig’s List is awesome… as in huge. While still useful, at times the service becomes overrun by its own success, such as when you’re looking for apartments and brokers post the same listing like 80 times every hour. So while Craig’s List is still great, The List’s Jimmy Rhoades has some alternative smaller services that focus on staying local and safe.
