In an unpredictable match, Triple H won the 2016 Royal Rumble Match for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship, taking everyone by surprise. There was an ugly attack on Roman Reigns by The League of Nations and on Brock Lesnar by The Wyatt Family, with Triple H remaining rock sturdy. Triple H's arrival as the final entrant in the match was quite a shock, because it took away Roman's glory. Although Reigns dumped Sheamus quickly in a fight toward the end, with Triple H and Ambrose also in the ring, as soon as he let his guard down for a split second, Triple H threw Reigns out in a very unpredictable manner.
