Kourtney Kardashian beamed a mysterious smile but stayed mum when asked about the status of her relationship with Justin Beiber on an appearance on the "Ellen DeGeneres Show" which airs Monday, January 25.
The 36-year-old mom of three and the 21-year-old pop star have been snapped together at various nightclubs in Los Angeles and TMZ reported that late last year Kardashian was spied leaving the Montage Hotel in the wee hours of the morning where Bieber often crashes when he's in town.
The "Sorry" singer is a longtime friend of the clan and has even babysat Kardashian's three kids - Mason, 6, Penelope, 4, and Reign, 1 and his former tour manager Corey Gamble is currently dating Kardashian matriarch Kris Jenner.
