Broncos protect Steelers Super Bowl records with win over Patriots

The Pittsburgh Steelers wish they were playing in Super Bowl 50, but instead will have to watch like 30 other NFL teams.
Two of the Steelers Super Bowl records were potentially on the line with today’s AFC championship game.
Going into today, the Steelers, along with the New England Patriots and Dallas Cowboys with eight trips to the Super Bowl.
Had the Patriots won today, that would have given them nine, and put them alone at the top of the list.
However, the Broncos were able to eek out a narrow win.
And with that win, add their name to the list with their eighth trip to the Super Bowl as well.
