As the French government tries to cut unemployment, a senior executive from the global recruitment firm Manpower says lessons could learn from reforms implemented in countries like Italy, where moves have been made to make job contracts more flexible. Stefano Scabbio, Manpower's President of Mediterranean and Eastern Europe, was speaking on the sidelines of the World Economic Forum.
