Davos 2016: Low oil prices 'an opportunity' for the Middle East

The head of one of the oldest oil and gas companies in the Middle East, Crescent Petroleum, has said the region should use the low price of oil as an opportunity to carry out much-needed economic reforms. Speaking to FRANCE 24 in Davos, Chief Executive Majid Jafar said changes to the labour market could help to reduce youth unemployment.
