World papers lead on market mayhem with stock exchanges plunging into bear market territory on the back of concerns of a Chinese slowdown. Washington Post columnist George F. Will says the ascent of the Chinese economy is "deeply flawed". Sticking with China, one paper reports that the end of the one-child policy is adding to a "Monkey baby drive" as the Monkey Year approaches.
