1,200 Rubik's cubes used for portrait of K-pop singer

An impressive video has emerged of a teenager's portrait of famous K-pop singer Wu Yifan's face - using 1,200 different Rubik's cubes.
The footage, filmed in Xinxiang, Henan Province, China on Monday, shows a timelapse of the intricate construction process using all six different solved cube side colours.
With each side made up of 9 small squares, a total of 10,800 squares across the 1,200 individual cubes make up the impressive picture.
According to local reports, the teenage artist is a member of a Rubik's cube enthusiasts club.
