Volunteers send water as S.African temperatures soar
  • 8 years ago

The current drought has been brought on by the El Nino weather phenomenon and exacerbated by climate change. This week, the Washington-based National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) is expected to declare 2015 the hottest year on record worldwide.
