Lollapalooza Berlin from Germany wins Best New Festival at the 2016 edition of the European Festival Awards. "An award like this, from the fans in Berlin, in Germany, in Europe and around the world and also from the music industry, for us, it is proof that we are on the right track with the festival", Fruzsina Szép from Lollapalooza Berlin says.
"We were already happy being shortlisted with the top ten of the best Major festivals in Europe. It's a big surprise, because it's the first edition of the festival. So this is very big for us!"
