When Benny the dog was adopted by Liam and Julia, he was “malnourished, missing hair on his back, and very quiet”, Liam told Storyful. Benny had had a tough past, it was clear. Fast-forward a few months, though, and Benny was at home in his new surroundings, enjoying a belly rub so much he clapped his paws in delight.
