A deadly skiing accident could result in involuntary manslaughter charges for a teacher in France. 
Prosecutors announced the possible indictment on Thursday while the accused man remains in the hospital recovering from his injuries. 
The incident happened on Wednesday when two teenagers were hit by an avalanche while skiing down an advanced slope in the French Alps. One died on the mountain, and the other passed after being transported to a hospital.
