Bolivia and Peru Sign Agreement to Protect Lake Titicaca

Bolivia and Peru have signed a ten year program costing US$40 million to protect Lake Titicaca and safeguard its bio-diversity. Environmental regulations will be strengthened to prevent contamination. Our Bolivia correspondent Dimitri O'Donnell reports.
