2017 Chrysler Pacifica reshapes the minivan adds hybrid

Attention minivan shoppers, there is a new van in the in the segment that is going to make a name for itself fast.
The name is Pacifica - Chrysler Pacifica to be exact - and said to deliver segment leading levels of functionality, versatility, technology and in a boldly styled shape that will redefine the minivan segment in 2017.
Revealing the new Pacifica minivan this week at the North American International Auto Show, Chrysler says that the new Pacifica - built on a brand new platform - features nearly 40 segment firsts including offering a segment first hybrid-powered version that is expected to get 80 miles per gallon equivalent in city driving.
With its long wheelbase, wide track, low ground clearance and available 20-inch wheels, the Chrysler Pacifica appears athletic yet presents a unique urban sophistication that some might say borders somewhere between luxury SUV and a luxury minivan.
