Detroit Auto Show: More apologies from Volkswagen CEO

Volkswagen's Chief Executive, Matthias Mueller, has again apologised for the emissions scandal at the carmaker, this on his first official trip to the United States since the deception was revealed. He was speaking ahead of the opening of the Detroit Motor Show, and promised more investment in the company's US factory. Also today, French employers demand a new plan to help job creation.
