Bizarre game involving apple and toothpicks for couple's wedding

This rather strange video, filmed in China, shows friends of a newly married couple playing an interesting game involving an apple, toothpicks and the bridegroom's underwear on their wedding day.
In the footage, captured by a man called Mr Chen in Jinjiang, Fujian Province last Friday, an apple with toothpicks sticking out of it is hanging in front of the bridegroom's pants by a wire, while the bride is using her mouth to pull all the toothpicks out of it.
The game, which is unusual to say the least, makes the couple's friends laugh hysterically.
