Not a very smart criminal, snitched on herself on camera. Completely lost the ability to claim plausible deniability.
Juana Martinez decided to confront the 19 year old Starbucks employee for stealing her credit card information and taking out over $200 from her bank account. Instead of doing the smart thing and denying all allegations she goes straight to begging for Martinez not to press charges. A Starbucks spokesman has confirmed that the employee was indeed fired soon after being reported.
