An Australian dad has come up with an innovative way to make mowing the lawn far more fun for his kids.

Jacob, who is a science teacher and has a successful YouTube channel called Make Science Fun, used some old snowboards to build a 'grass toboggan' which he attached to the lawnmower with a rope, before dragging it around the garden.

The filmer later wrote online: "The kids had an awesome time towed behind the lawn mower.

"The video contains lots of GoPro footage of the children's facial reactions."

"There is also some drone footage of the activity," he continued.
